9-acre Fishing Pond
Stocked for Recreational Fishing

  • Rules

    • Members are to access the pond using the access points

    • Do not go through yards or onto properties

    • There is a 10ft easement around the pond 

    • Foot traffic only is allowed across the dam

    • No jug or trout lines are allowed

    • Pole fishing is only allowed

    • Do not leave your poles unattended, lines are to be manned

    • Man-powered boats are allowed, but no electric or gas-powered

    • Boats, canoes, or kayaks are not to be left unattended

  • Updates

    • Dusk-to-dawn lights were added to the southeast and southwest access points

Boat Ramp
Private Access into the
Lake of the Ozarks

  • Rules

    • A permit is needed for the use of the boat ramp

    • Permits are to be displayed on the windshield of your vehicle

  • Updates

    • In 2022 the insurance company denied the claim made on the old dock after it floated away due to improper care and lack of maintenance

    • The old dock and walkway have been removed

    • The insurance company will not cover a dock rebuilt from the former dock

    • For insurance to cover a dock, it must be built with all-new material

    • ​The Pool will not be opening for the 2025 season​

    • The pool requires a new cover. The last cover was purchased in 2012. A deposit of $2,000 is required to put the custom cover into production; the quoted total is $3,075.76. 

    • There is a crack in the pool causing a leak. The origin of the crack, what repairs are needed, and the cost are unknown. 

Shower House

The shower house will be tentatively opening on Saturday, March 15th. It will close Saturday November 15, 2025.
